Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order as all candles are hand poured to order in sequential order.

Canadian Shipping

All deliveries are through Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number.

Flat rate shipping of $7 CAD for retail orders.

Free shipping on retail orders over $80 CAD*.

United States Shipping

Flat rate shipping of $10 CAD for retail orders.

Free shipping on retail orders over $110 CAD for retail orders.

International Shipping

Lost Parcels
Prairie Sun Beeswax does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel has been shipped, we will email the tracking number to you. However we will not reimburse you for any lost or stolen parcels; create a ticket with your courier.

Local Pick-Up
Please select In Person Pick-Up as your shipping option for local pick-up. We will contact you once your order is ready to arrange a meeting place and time. We are able to meet either at our farm or within the Westman Area at our convenience.
